Investigations in Math and Science is a partnership for improving math and science education by creating a partnership between math and science teachers of Alliance City Schools with STEM faculty of Mount Union College to enhance the depth of knowledge of math and science concepts, promote inquiry through research opportunities, and support continued development of teachers as mathematicians and scientists. Dr. Ervin's primary responsibility was to provide Inquiry into Teaching and Learning by implementing Action Research as a professional development tool. This project was funded by a NSF grant through the Math/Science Partnership (MSP) through the Ohio Board of Regents.
