Bear and Hare are friends and they go outside and play in the snow. They participate in typical snow activities such as making snow angels, snowmen, and snowballs, and going sledding. At the beginning, Hare really loves snow, but Bear seems more uncertain about it. Bear does go out and play with Hare, and by the end of the book, Bear loves snow too. The illustrations are cute and have some elements of reality mixed in with fantasy elements. The story is lacking in content and interest. Optional
