Percy is a little porcupine who has a huge passion for balloons. Unfortunately, as most people can guess, porcupines and balloons do not get along well. But instead of letting himself become discouraged, Percy is determined to find a way to play with balloons without popping them. After asking for advice from his big sister and his mother, Percy thinks long and hard about his conundrum until he comes up with a solution. Perfectly Percy, while simplistic in words and pictures, is very whimsical. Perfect for younger children, Perfectly Percy provides an excellent example to young children of how to think for themselves and come up with solutions to problems. Highly recommended.
