A community forum to discuss Issue 3 and the impact marijuana would have in Ohio, if the proposed legislation is passed this year, will be held at Main Elementary School on Dayton-Xenia Road in Beavercreek onThursday, Oct. 22. The event, which is open to the public, begins at 7 p.m.
The forum is sponsored by Soin Medical Center and Cedarville University. Panelists include Janet Neal, DNP, RN, assistant professor of nursing from Cedarville University’s School of Nursing, Mark Pinkerton, MD, assistant professor of pharmacy practice from Cedarville’s School of Pharmacy, and Mike DeWine, Ohio’s Attorney General. A fourth panelist, ideally from ResponsibleOhio or a similar organization, is hoped to be added for the forum.
