Abstract

A team of six Cedarville University engineering students will showcase its work at the Meeting of the Minds Conference in Detroit, Michigan, from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2.

Cedarville’s team will display its Urban Concept car that it raced in July at the Shell Eco-Marathon in Houston, Texas. Shell invited Larry Zavodney, Ph.D., senior professor of mechanical engineering, and the team to display the car and showcase the students’ design in two workshop tours on the future of urban design and mobility. Other student participants will include University of Detroit Jesuit High School students displaying its two prototype vehicles.
