This copy of Calvin’s commentary on the Psalms is written in Latin and was published during Calvin’s lifetime. This second edition has the original binding and silk ties and was once owned by Davis Giddy in the early 19^th century, a member of the British Parliament, President of the Royal Society, and an acquaintance of William Wilberforce.
