For fourteen years Dr. Smith has served as Professor of Theology and New Testament Greek at Grace Theological Seminary, where he also serves as Director of Admissions. Born in Texas, and raised in Tennessee, Dr. Smith received the B.A. from Bryan College (1956), the Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary (1960), and the Th.D. from Grace Theological Seminary (1970). He also has studied at Memphis State University, the Winona Lake School of Theology, and North Texas State University. Dr. Smith has authored Tongues in Biblical Perspective, Did Christ Die Only For The Elect?, Can You Know God's Will For Your Life?, and the new "Life After Death" Religion (all published by BMH Books, Winona Lake, IN). He has also written more than sixty published articles and reviews. In addition to his teaching and writing ministries he is active in Bible Conference ministries throughout the nation. Dr. Smith is married and has two sons and two grandchildren.
