Biographical Sketch
Robert Ketcham was born in Nelson, Pennsylvania, on July 22, 1889. In addition to serving as pastor of several churches, he was instrumental in forming the General Association of Regular Baptist Churches and served multiple terms as president. At the time of his commencement address, he was National Consultant of the GARBC. He died on August 21,1978.
