From the Foreword:
“A man is truly understood by his loves in life. James T. Jeremiah, foremost, is a lover of his God. Since the day of his salvation, he has dedicated his life to knowing and serving God. Evangelism is his passion (it always has been), for he wants others to know the God Whom he loves so deeply.
This love for God is tied to Jeremiah’s love for the Bible. Often we have attended a conference together and I have found him in the lobby of the hotel reading the Word of God. This commitment to Truth has translated into a lifetime of godly living.
One of the major loves of his life has been Cedarville College. He has served her trustees, administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends for more than forty-five years as president and chancellor. A rare leader who is a man of strength, conviction, and genuineness, he is one of the most humble men I know. He has never taken himself too seriously or tried to promote himself.
I love James T. Jeremiah.”
Paul H. Dixon Cedarville University President, 1978-2003
