The bottom of page 139-140 was removed from the journal. The tear line is just visible on the images for those pages, and the tear naturally exposes the page beneath it.
Pages 163-260 were also removed, although this must have been done prior to writing on page 261, since there is no lapse in the narrative. Pages 285-288 were also removed, but those follow the last entry for the year.
