Published in 2008 by the British Library, this Tyndale New Testament is a photographic reproduction of one of only two complete copies of the 1526 first edition of Tyndale’s English language New Testament in the collections of the British Library. This reproduction is in the actual size, made to be carried in the pocket and easily hidden when used in places where this New Testament was illegal. This copy is opened to John 3:16 which is on the left-had page, four lines down.
