Description

Note on back: "East Street - east side. This side of bridge was Cedarville's first car wash. There would be a line of cars on Sunday morning waiting to wash their cars. It was also used by farmers to drive their wagons into the water to make the wooden wheels swell and tighten the metal tire on the wheel. HWS"
