The note on the back was written at 10:10 P.M. on Friday, July 23, 1954, and reads: "Brief stop at drug store..Amazed to have these be 2 for 15¢...Even Marie L. knew full name of this school. Heading to Xenia to hunt motel" and is signed F. (See additional files below.)
