This picture book is about an ox in love with a gazelle. The story opens up with Ox writing a letter to Gazelle and telling her she is graceful. Gazelle ignores the first few letters, then grows frustrated at Ox’s persistent love letters. When Ox sends a photo of himself in one of his letters, Gazelle stops being annoyed with him. The illustrations are creative, but the story lacks substance. The writing is comical, but there is no longtime value for this book. It was a cute and fun read, but I would not recommend purchasing this book. Not Recommended. Lydia Jacobsen, Centennial Library Intern, Cedarville University
