Review
Camp Tiger is a mystical tale about young children beginning to grow up. The boy within the story has no desire to move up to the first grade, but throughout his adventures with a mysterious tiger he learns to do things for himself. The story awakens the feeling of adventure every page exploring a new aspect of the outdoors like the forest, river, and mountains. Readers will become attached to the loving friendship of a tiger encouraging the boy in his adventures. Accompanied with beautiful illustrations, Camp Tiger is a great story for children with a fondness for adventure and of course--tigers. Optional Sarah Trigg, Centennial Library Intern, Cedarville University.
