Abstract

This article discusses a study which looks into personal self-care within a Christian perspective. Topics discussed include a scenario involving a 30-year-old pregnant woman with severe depression who came to see a pastor for counselling and what advice the pastor should give her, including helping her gain a biblical understanding of her relationship with God, others, and herself. The article some suggestions on how people can care for themselves while loving God and others.
