Abstract

Focuses on the proteomic technologies that can aid in the diagnosis of early stage of the diseases. Importance of early detection of the disease on the survival rate of the patient; Major obstacle in the attempt to discover a disease-related biomarker; Significance of the development of high-throuhput methods to study thousands of proteins for proteomics.
