Abstract
A method of treating skeletal muscle or myocardial ischemia, stroke, coronary artery disease, or peripheral vascular disease, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof which binds HPTPbeta and regulates angiogenesis.
