Abstract
The author reflects on the pharmacogenomic dosing of warfarin to patients. He believes that clinical variables make the warfarin the most challenging medication to manage. An overview of the pharmacogenomic dosing methods is offered. The author suggests to consider the effectiveness of outcomes from clinical trials before dosing of warfarin.
