This Dead Sea Scroll fragment 4Q5 contains portions of Isaiah 22:10-14 and Isaiah 23:8 - 24:15. This section is important in mentioning the great building works performed by Hezekiah in the wake of the Assyrian conquest in the 8^th century BC, evidence of which has been discovered in Jerusalem’s Old City and the City of David. The scroll dates to the first half of the 1^st century AD.
