Description

Isaac Watts' Hymns and Spiritual Songs first appeared in print in 1707. Since the death of Watts, versions of that hymnal have been republished by many and included additional hymns. This copy of the Watts hymnal was printed in Cincinnati in 1840 and includes 200 to 300 additional hymns "from the best authors."
