Bradbury's Golden Shower of S.S. Melodies: A New Collection of Hymns and Tunes for the Sabbath School was compiled by the American musician and composer William Bradbury (1816-1868). Bradbury composed many hymn tunes, perhaps the most popular being the tune for the poem "Jesus Loves Me". Cedarville University's original copy of the Golden Shower was printed in New York by Ivison, Phinney, Blakeman & Co. in 1862.
