Description

This was the first meeting of the Board of Trustees. They met first as the "incorporators" and then proceeded to elect five trustees. The incorporators meeting then adjourned, and the new trustees met for the purpose of organization. During this meeting, they "formulated Articles of Regulation for the Board to be submitted to the General Synod in May 1887, for approval."
