Gay’s book is about two siblings as they explore different activities. Stella is a responsible older sister who loves to read to Sam. Sam is always asks questions day and night. An excellent book for siblings, about showing siblings getting along. Rabbits, bugs, frogs, bats, and the pet dog (Fred) are common topics of conversation for the pair. Gay’s drawings paint Stella with spunky red hair and Sam with adorable blond. Illustrations are a mix of watercolor, HB (hard black) pencil, and pastel. A great book for parental or instructor use to encourage young readers to read and ask questions.
