Jason Chin combines illustrations with short sentences to create a book that explains gravity in a way that’s understandable for young children. At the back of the book, he adds a more detailed explanation of gravity and mass for those who may be curious. This book is written for children who are first learning about how the world works; Gravity would be useful either at home or in a school setting. Additionally, the illustrations provide a visual that parallels the author’s explanatory text. Recommended Allison Jensen, Centennial Library Intern, Cedarville University
