When the great glass kingdom begins to crack and fall apart, the people must venture into the woods to find the powerful fairy they banished for her muddy and dirty appearance. When the King and Queen both fail, they must send in quiet and delicate Genevieve. A sweet story about how appearances can be deceiving, how to find your voice, and how hard work is a magic all its own. The beautiful illustrations and various fonts highlight and compliment the telling of this engaging story. Would be a good book from 3rd or 4th grade classroom.
Highly Recommended. Sharon Tapia, Centennial Library Intern, Cedarville University
