A rabbit and a dog are neighbors divided by a fence. They do similar activities separately all while wishing the other a friend. Then one night a shooting star passes above them and their wishes of friendship come true. This story is good for story time and teaches children to be friends with everyone. The characters in this story are sweet and loveable and show how sharing time and resources not only benefit one person, but all people.
