A young boy is eager to play baseball with his friends, but he struggles to catch the ball to help his team. He misses several times, and as the last ball gets hit in the air, everyone tries to catch it. The boy outruns the rest of his team and flies into the air to catch the ball. He has saved his team, and his friends all help him celebrate. The book has two pages that say, “I got it!” but is devoid of any other words. It tells the whole story through very beautiful illustrations. I think it is a really fun way to introduce children to books and storytelling. Highly Recommended.
