Physician Assistant White Coat Ceremonies
The Short White Coat Ceremony is an annual event that welcomes the incoming cohort into the PA (Physician Assistant) Profession as student learners, pursuing their calling as Kingdom ambassadors in the healthcare sector. The white coat is a universal symbol of medical providers, and the shorter length denotes them as student learners and is a constant reminder of their commitment to learning the art and science of medical care. Incoming students receive their short white coat during this event and are coated by the second-year students as a gesture of fellowship and camaraderie. All healthcare providers present are invited to recite the Christian Healthcare Professionals oath together with the students.
