This is a sub-grant to support the project, "Expanding Medication Therapy Management in Federally-Qualified Health Centers." The goal of this project is to develop best practices for MTM in Federally-Qualified Health Centers. Dr. Wright's work is part of a consortium of clinical pharmacists providing MTM across the state of Ohio. The full grant was awarded to The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy.
